All our Kofe is brewed to order. This ensures that your Kofe arrives to your door at its freshest point. To ensure freshness, please allow 3-7 days for your order to be brewed, packaged and shipped. 

RETURNS

Due to the perishable nature of our Kofe, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

If we haven't had our daily dose of kofe, and messed up on your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@arkakofe.com.
